We are very excited to open our online library, which is available from today!
Browsing through you will find a variety of classes from 15 minutes, 30 minutes and 1 hour, all tailored for different areas of the body.
If you are looking for a place to start, I highly recommend choosing a class labelled for your specific needs that works for you and repeating that class three times to integrate the changes.
I love creating new classes and look forward to adding to the library each week from September. It has always been my goal that you could do more than one class a week, I hope now it can become the reality, as Joseph Pilates intended.
