The Pilates Studio High Barnet uses the classical principles of Pilates, Fluid movement and precision to enhance self-awareness, strength, stamina and resilience, to promote whole-body wellness.

Classes are often fluid, yet always designed with those in the class on any given day.
I focus on watching your body, how it moves and listen to your signal to decide how to offer the best for your body... Joyfully! Although I will always encourage more from you, the opportunity and acceptance are there for you to move as deeply, or as easily as is right for you.
My intention is that you leave your class feeling accomplished, energized and worked head to toe.
